India is hosting England tour of India 2012 that contains four Test matches, two Twenty-20 matches and five ODI matches from November 2012 to January 2013. This bilateral series will complete on January 27, 2013. This bilateral series is a section of FTP (Future Cricket Tour Programs) that is made by ICC (International Cricket Council). Pune IPL cheerleader Sana arrested for illegal prostitution
Sana Manish Chirawala, IPL cheerleader was arrested for her involvement in a prostitution racket on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 around 4.30 pm by The Pune crime branch. The Social Security Cell (SSC) of the Pune Police has taken Sana and her local female agent, Seema Jagtap into custody on charges of prostitution under Sections 4, 5 and 8 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA). As per senior inspector Bhanupratap Barge of the social security cell of the crime branch, the case against her and Jagtap has been registered at the Koregaon Park police station. 22 year old, Sana lives in Mumbai, and also takes up modeling assignments. When they were informed about Sana that she was in search of prospective customers, they got the lure to contact her agent 34 years old, Seema Jagtap, over the phone.

ICC T20 world cup 2012 Ranking and Point Table
The entire world is eagerly waiting for the fourth season of ICC World Twenty20 to begin. For the first time Twenty20 tournament will take place in an Asian country. The last three Twenty20 matches were held in England, West Indies and South Africa respectively. International Cricket Council (ICC) has selected Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga as the event ambassador for the tournament. India Vs England: Schedule For Test, ODI & T20 (2012-13)
The never ending cricket craze is on its top once again. This time England will visit India for a long tour including 4 Tests, 2 T20s and 5 One Day International matches. England went on the top of the Test world rankings as Andrew Strauss led the team to a 4-0 whitewash over the Indian team last year. However, the English team got a similar result in last winter on being thrashed 3-0 by Pakistan in the UAE before drawing a Test series in Sri Lanka. This series would be the first complete tour of England to India since November 2008. This time English players will get enough time for practice and rest. T20 cricket world cup is the most entertaining and interesting cricket tournament which held every two years by ICC (International Cricket Council). Just a few days remain to welcome fourth most awaited cricket tournament ICC Twenty20 World Cup in Sri Lanka. The fourth ICC event will be held from 18th September to 7th October 2012. Brett Lee retires from all format of International Cricket
Australia's fast bowler Brett Lee announced retirement from International Cricket. Though, he will continue playing in Australia's Twenty20 Big Bash & the Indian Premier League, this announcement is surely going to upset some of his fans. Brett is described as a fierce, fine, brave and generous opponent who always maintained the standards of sportsmanship. The 35-year-old bowler was forced to return home from Australia's recent tour to England because of a calf injury which made him realize enough is enough.

2012 SLPL Schedule and Fixture
SLPL (Sri Lanka Premier League) which was expected to schedule in July 2011 is now going to take place in August 2012. The official announcement of 2012 SLPL was made by Sri Lanka Cricket on 14th May at a media conference. SLPL is the franchise-based Twenty20 domestic cricket competition in Sri Lanka. The inspiration of SLPL is the Indian Premier League. The reasons behind the delay of the SLPL 2011 are insufficient finances and unavailability of Indian players. On 5th May, a new deal has been signed by Sri Lanka Cricket with Somerset Entertainment Ventures to organize the tournament systematically.

Sri Lanka Premier League teams List & Format
A new franchise-based Twenty20 tournament was introduced by Sri Lanka Cricket called Sri Lanka Premier League by taking an inspiration from Indian Premier League in 2011. Unfortunately, SLC postponed the league last year due to the non-participation of the Indian cricketers. This year would be the inaugural season of the premier Twenty20 cricket competition in Sri Lanka. Finally, Sri Lanka Cricket is very glad to announce the emergence of Sri Lanka Premier League. Probably, it would be organized between the dates of August 10 to August 31. It is announced that the inaugural program will be held at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy and R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.

T20 Cricket World Cup 2012: Full Schedule & dates for Qualifier Round
The T20 Cricket World Cup 2012 is scheduled to be held from 18th September to 7th October in Sri Lanka. Before that, 16 teams will fight for qualifying the tournament, among which only six will be selected to play in the T20 world cup. The schedule for T20 Cricket World Cup 2012 Qualifiers has already been released. All 16 teams have been classified into two groups. Group A includes Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong, Nepal, Netherlands and Papua New Guinea (PNG) while Italy, Kenya, Namibia, Oman, Scotland, USA and Uganda are included in Group B.

Top 10 Batsmen with 10,000 Runs in ODI
The fifty over match or better known as the One Day International is very popular form of cricket. In fact, it used to be a 40, 45 or 60 over match earlier. On 5 January 1971, the first ODI was played between England and Australia at the Melbourne. Since then, many legends chose this game as their careers. The top ten batsmen who have crossed the 10,000 runs milestone in their One Day International cricket career are listed here. This list includes India and Sri Lanka as the leading countries to have placed their three batsmen in the honorable list, followed by four other countries that include West Indies, South Africa, Pakistan and Australia with one batsman each. Five of the batsmen have taken retirement from the ODIs and the rest are still playing.

Born on October 27, 1977, in Matale, Sangakkara the 34-year-old batsmen has played in 315 matches and scored 10019 runs with an average of 37.80. He has a strike rate of 75.33. The left hand top order batsman is an excellent wicket keeper also.
